Ross Amico, one of the announcers over at classical radio station WWFM in New Jersey, is programming a weekend of Philadelphia composers, to celebrate the station’s new HD2 signal into Philadelphia.

I’m always astonished by how much my classical announcer colleagues know about their field, and he’s one of the pro’s out there. I just got off the phone with him, and his interview of me will introduce the broadcast of Vespers on his Sunday morning show, Classical Music with Ross Amico, on WWFM. He’s playing the entire Vespers, which is a thrill, and it should be on the air sometime after 10 am. Thanks, Ross, thanks, WWFM, and thanks, classical music on the radio!
